Job Description

Looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at Marriott Hotels India. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in food and beverage service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer experience.
  • Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
