We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate F&B operations at Nirvana Sarovar Portico, Gorakhpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B operations from reputed hotels, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive revenue through innovative promotions, cost control, and upselling strategies.
• Coordinate with culinary and other departments for seamless service delivery.
• Liaison with other departments to ensure efficient intra-departmental work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 10+ years with reputed 4/5-star hotels.
• Excellent communication skills; both verbal and non-verbal.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and guest service protocols.
• Excellent knowledge and skills for F&B service.
