Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager at Sandalwood Studios & Suites located in Panaji. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing budgets, and training staff. The role includes planning menus, coordinating food service activities, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and monitoring inventory. The manager will also be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience. Qualifications Experienced in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations Strong Customer Service skills Proficient in staff Training Skilled in Budgeting and managing financial resources Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage management is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
