Role Overview: As a Food and Beverage Manager at Sandalwood Studios & Suites in Panaji, your main responsibility will be to oversee all food and beverage operations. This includes ensuring high-quality customer service, managing budgets, and training staff. You will be in charge of planning menus, coordinating food service activities, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, monitoring inventory, and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience.
