Food and Beverage Manager

Role Summary:

The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations at the club, including restaurants, banquets, caf, and outdoor events. This responsibility will extend to all existing and upcoming cafs and restaurants within Gulmohar Greens. The role demands ensuring high service standards, member/guest satisfaction, revenue growth, cost control, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants and banquets.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, service, and hygiene.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and FSSAI regulations.

1. Revenue & Cost Management

• Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B revenue.
• Monitor budgets, control food & beverage costs, and reduce wastage.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports on sales, costs, and profitability.

1. Guest / Member Satisfaction

• Ensure excellent service and address complaints promptly.
• Conduct regular feedback surveys and implement improvements.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests.

1. Menu & Event Planning

• Work with chefs on menu planning, pricing, and promotions.
• Coordinate F&B requirements for events, banquets, and functions.
• Introduce innovative food and beverage concepts.

1. Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and motivate F&B staff to achieve performance goals.
• Maintain staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews of the team.

1. Vendor & Inventory Management

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure timely procurement and proper inventory control.
• Verify bills and prevent pilferage/wastage.

1. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare weekly/monthly operational and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and club standards.
• Assist management in strategic planning for F&B.
