Flutter & React Native Developer (2–4 Years Experience)Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) and React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript).Build and publish custom plugins/packages for Flutter (pub.dev) and React Native (npm).Implement pub/sub communication patterns for real-time data synchronization and event handling.Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.Collaborate with backend, UI/UX, and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and performance.Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following modern architecture principles (MVVM, Clean Architecture).Debug, optimize, and enhance existing apps for performance and scalability.Manage Play Store and App Store release processes, including signing and deployment.Stay up to date with the latest Flutter, React Native, and mobile technology trends.Required Skills:2–4 years of experience in Flutter and React Native mobile development.Strong command of Dart, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Experience in building and publishing plugins/packages (Flutter pub.dev or React Native npm).Understanding of pub/sub (publish-subscribe) architecture, event-driven communication, or message brokers (e.g., Firebase, MQTT, Kafka – optional).Hands-on experience with state management frameworks (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Redux, MobX).Good knowledge of Firebase services, push notifications, and deep linking.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated builds.Basic experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) integration.
