About the Role We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to develop cross-platform mobile applications using Google's Flutter framework, with a primary focus on Android and iOS platforms, plus web and additional platforms as value-added capabilities. Key Responsibilities Core Development Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive mobile applications using Flutter framework and Dart programming language Build cross-platform applications for Android, iOS, and web platforms from a single codebase Translate UI/UX designs from Figma/Adobe XD into functional, pixel-perfect mobile interfaces Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices Technical Implementation Integrate RESTful APIs and handle JSON data for seamless backend communication Implement state management using modern solutions like GetX, Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC Work with Firebase services including Cloud Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications, and Analytics Optimize application performance across different devices and screen sizes Collaboration & Quality Assurance Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers Write and maintain unit tests, widget tests to ensure application reliability Debug applications and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues Deployment & Maintenance Deploy applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store Monitor application performance post-deployment and implement necessary updates Stay updated with latest Flutter updates, trends, and mobile development best practices
