Flutter Developer

We seek a talented individual with 4 to 5 years of Flutter development experience and a strong Dart programming language background. Responsibilities :

Design and Develop: Create robust, secure, and scalable mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Collaborate: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to understand and translate project requirements into technical specifications. Code Writing: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Dart language, following coding standards and best practices. UI Implementation: Develop responsive UI components and interactive features to enhance user experience across iOS and Android platforms. Integration: Integrate third-party libraries and APIs to enhance functionality and optimise the performance of mobile applications. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the reliability and stability of applications. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile app development, particularly within the Flutter ecosystem. Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster skill development within the team. Code Reviews and Planning: Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning meetings to maintain code quality and adhere to project timelines. Collaboration with QA: Work with QA engineers to implement automated testing strategies and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Required Skill :

Previous mobile app development experience using the Flutter framework and DART programming is essential. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Flutter is required. Experience with Material Design and Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices. Solid understanding of mobile app design patterns like - MVVM architecture Delegation, Singleton, Factory, Adapter, and view model. Experience with third-party libraries and API integration experience is essential. Strong knowledge of Design patterns and good UI design ability. Use tools and techniques for code analysers, layout inspectors, performance views, memory views, multithreading, networking, Security. Creating and using Dart and Flutter packages and plug-ins, Flutter widgets, and State management (Provider, BLoC ) Dynamic form-building experience is essential. Should have good experience in Agile scrum process and ceremonies and be able to provide the required reports. Experience in JIRA/Azure DevOps/Rally and GIT/GitLab/TFS anyone is required Diagnose performance issues and fix bugs (including crashes and ANRs) to increase the application's functionality. Excellent Communication Skills and strong problem-solving skills. Performance optimisation is required.
