Job Description

Job Title - Flutter Mobile App Developer

Experience - 4-6 Years

Work Model - Remote (Full Time)

Job Summary-

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Flutter Mobile App Developer with 4+ years of mobile development experience and a proven ability to build and deploy cross-platform apps for Android and iOS. You’ll be working independently or in collaboration with a small team to create scalable, user-friendly mobile apps that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities -

Design, develop, test, and deploy Flutter applications for both iOS and Android.
Translate UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive and maintainable Flutter UI.
Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.
Take ownership of the full mobile app lifecycle — from planning to deployment and maintenance.
Proactively identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
Collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders.
Use Git for version control and manage codebase collaboratively.
Stay up to date with Flutter best practices, tools, and mobile app development trends.

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of mobile development experience, including 3+ years with Flutter.
Proven delivery of at least two Flutter apps to production on both Android and iOS.
Strong skills in Dart, Flutter, and state management libraries (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
Ability to work independently and drive features from concept to deployment.
Solid experience integrating REST APIs, managing local storage, and handling app state.
Good understanding of mobile architecture, debugging, and optimization.
Proficient in using Git for source control, branching, merging, and pull requests.
Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and mobile analytics tools.

Nice to Have:

Experience with native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions.
Knowledge of automated testing in Flutter.
Understanding of app store submission guidelines and deployment processes.
