Role Description

We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our team. This is a full-time role (on-site in Jalandhar, Punjab, or remote with adjusted compensation). The Flutter Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications across multiple platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, participate in the full software development lifecycle, and deliver products aligned with business and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain multi-platform applications for iOS, Android, Web, macOS, Windows, and Linux using Flutter.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in Dart with a strong emphasis on Flutter UI, animations, and reusable widgets.
• Work with native technologies (Android/iOS) where required.
• Integrate apps with Firebase and remote data sources via REST and JSON APIs.
• Participate in analysis, design, implementation, and testing of new applications and features.
• Implement design patterns (BLoC, MVP, MVVM, MVC) and clean architecture principles.
• Debug, optimize performance, and manage production-ready apps.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Flutter & Dart.
• Strong programming and OOP skills.
• Solid understanding of Flutter framework, Flutter 3, UI, and animations.
• Familiarity with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Storage, etc.).
• Experience with client-server communication protocols.
• Good knowledge of iOS distribution profiles and certificates for App Store distribution.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Good communication skills in English.

Good to Have

• Understanding of Uncle Bob’s SOLID principles and Clean Architecture in Flutter.
• Experience with UI/UX tools.
• Familiarity with web application development.
• Startup experience or willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
