Company Description At HLP Innovations, we are building a new-age, tech-first ecosystem in the healthcare sector focused on smart access, real-time interactions, and intuitive experiences. We're seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to help us launch and scale a dual-app platform (user and business-facing) that is shaping the next wave of digital health infrastructure. Role Description As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, performance optimization, and deployment of two Flutter-based mobile applications. These apps will serve two distinct user bases and will be deeply integrated with modern APIs, live databases, dynamic UI/UX states, and user analytics. Qualifications Build high-performance, clean and scalable Flutter applications for Android and iOS Collaborate with the UI/UX design team to translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UIs Integrate REST APIs and Firebase/Supabase for authentication, cloud storage, and real-time data Manage offline data persistence, caching, and error handling mechanisms Implement key workflows: onboarding, geo-location, form handling, booking flows, and dynamic dashboards Work with backend and analytics teams to capture user insights and improve feature iterations Maintain app performance, handle versioning, debug crash reports, and ensure consistent release cycles Collaborate with QA for testing, validation, and deployment on Play Store and App Store Must-Have Skills 0- 2 years of professional experience in Flutter (Dart) development Strong knowledge of state management techniques (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.) Hands-on experience with Firebase / Supabase, push notifications, and cloud functions Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and asynchronous programming Knowledge of app deployment cycles (TestFlight, Google Play Console) Solid understanding of clean architecture principles and mobile design best practices Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with accountability Location Hyderabad / Remote Salary 3.6 – 4 LPA (INR, Based on Experience) Good to Have Experience working with location-aware apps or multi-role platforms Familiarity with SQLite/local DBs, analytics SDKs, or crash monitoring tools Knowledge of Flutter Web/Desktop (optional but beneficial for future roadmap) Exposure to Figma/Zeplin + UI handoff collaboration Previous work in healthtech, fintech, or productivity tools What you'll gain Work on a national-scale product with significant social impact Build dual apps with real user demand, market testing, and visibility Autonomy to shape mobile architecture and suggest tech improvements Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing tech team at HLP Innovations How to apply Drop your CV, portfolio, and links to your live apps or GitHub/Play Store samples to: 📧 lalit.haridasu@hlpinnovations.com Show more Show less
