Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Flutter App Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in cross-platform mobile application development using Flutter and Dart, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build cross-platform applications for Android and iOS.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, Odoo APIs, third-party SDKs, and plugins.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for improved performance and stability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Deploy applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Manage and maintain code repositories using Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprints, code reviews, and daily stand-ups.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Flutter app development.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and Firebase.
• Hands-on experience with state management tools such as Provider, GetX, BLoC, or Riverpod.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and responsive UI development.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON handling, Odoo API integration, and third-party SDKs.
• Experience with SQLite, Hive, or Firebase Firestore for local data storage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and app deployment processes.
• Proficiency with Android Studio, Xcode, and VS Code.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience in native mobile development (Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS).
• Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Experience with Google Maps, Push Notifications, Payment Gateway Integration.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSocket communication.
• Understanding of the Odoo ERP framework and module customization.
