Job Description

As a key member of the outlet team, you will ensure excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and adherence to brand standards. This role requires strong product knowledge, teamwork, efficiency, and the ability to support store performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Knowledge & Quality

Understand all menu items and explain them to customers.
Maintain correct portioning, presentation, and packaging.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
Basic cupcake icing skills required.

2. Customer Service

Greet customers, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service.
Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Support upselling and enhance customer experience.

3. Store Operations

Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas.
Follow opening/closing checklists and daily operational tasks.
Assist with stocking, inventory, and equipment care.
Maintain speed and accuracy during service hours.

4. Teamwork & Leadership Support

Work closely with team members and assist during peak times.
Follow instructions from supervisors and support shift briefings.
Maintain a positive attitude and low-ego work culture.

5. Sales, Billing & Inventory Control

Handle POS billing, cash/card transactions responsibly.
Minimize wastage and ensure efficient resource use.
Support stock audits, ordering, and inventory accuracy.

6. Compliance & Safety

Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety/hygiene guidelines.
Report any issues or discrepancies promptly.

7. Adaptability

Be flexible with tasks, schedules, outlet requirements, and customer flow.
Learn and support multiple roles as needed.
