Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house sections.
Assist in setting up dining tables, buffets, and service areas as per hotel standards.
Support waitstaff by refilling water, serving food, and clearing plates efficiently.
Ensure proper cleaning, polishing, and storage of cutlery, glassware, and crockery.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food and beverages.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely delivery of food orders and service items.
Manage dishwashing operations and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
Dispose of waste properly and follow the hotels waste management procedures.
Replenish supplies such as napkins, cutlery, and condiments in service areas.
Assist in banquet and event setups, ensuring smooth service during functions.
