Floor Operations Manager

1)                 Managing entire sales team. 2)                 Morning and Evening team huddle for target discussion 3)                 Update daily revenue, data and floor requirements report to branch Manager 4)                 Monitoring team member individually, sharing feedback timely. 5)                 Floor policy- Team’s performance, Adherence, Quality, Feedback, PIP, Warning letters. 6)                 Communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the group regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively. 7)                 Identify and address conflicts early, facilitating discussions and finding satisfactory solutions for all parties involved. 8)                 Recognise and reward good performance, provide feedback and encourage professional development. 9)                 Support team members’ professional development by providing opportunities for training and growth. 10)             Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures. 11)             Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs. 12)             Generate reports on team performance and provide regular updates to senior management.   13)             Set sales target on monthly basis, motivate team to achieve the same and to achieve company’s monthly sales target 14)             Delegate tasks and set deadlines with RM. 15)             Suggest new ideas, new process and services for expansion. 16)             Handling escalation calls etc. 17)             Set clear objectives, define roles and responsibilities and ensure each team member aligns with the team’s vision. 18)             To maintain confidentiality to provided data and to identify if any team member is not following policy to management. 19)             To take responsibility of client profit and loss and answerable to client in any kind of issue.
