Job Description

1.      Prime responsibility is to generate leads from various online platforms on daily basis with good quality and in cost effective manner. Data distribution to RM’s on daily basis and to keep back up for all provided data on monthly basis and it should be sent to director on monthly basis. 2.      Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media such as Instagram, facebook, google adds Linked in, search engines, and display advertising. 3.      Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance 4.      Develop a brand style guide to ensure consistency in marketing efforts 5.      Create a multi-channel marketing content strategy 6.      Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence. 7.      Help to solve employees IT related issues 8.     Managing company’s website and data maintenance. 9.      Manage external partners for marketing collateral creation 10.  Data Management on regular basis 11.  Track KPIs of marketing campaigns 12.  Write marketing messages for online and offline campaigns 13.  Generating Leads through social media ads an editorial calendar. 14.  Familiarity with CRM systems, dialler and CRM. 15.  Resolving dialler issue if any with the help to vendor. 16.  Daily chatting with the Clients regarding product and distributing to RM’s. 17.  Create an editorial calendar and meetings as and when required. 18.  Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals 19.  Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 20.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience     21.  Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies 22.  Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. 23.  Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights. 24.  Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. 25.  Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. 26.  Evaluates emerging technologies. 27.  Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. 28.  Building a strong connection between customers and the business 29. Building social media strategy to increase awareness and engagement on social media
