Job Title: Jewellery Floor Manager

Location: Raipur – Pandri Road(Chhattisgarh)

Salary-30k to 40k depends on experience and Knowledge .

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Jewellery Floor Manager / Sales Supervisor in a Jewellery Store

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Jewellery Floor Manager to oversee sales floor operations and ensure excellent customer service at our Pandri Road, Raipur showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of gold, diamond, Polki, and Jadau jewellery, with proven experience in managing a sales team on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily sales floor activities and ensure smooth customer handling.

Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Attend customers, explain product details, and close sales effectively.

Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store presentation.

Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and customer engagement standards.

Coordinate with the Store Manager on inventory and operational requirements.

Maintain records of sales performance and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of jewellery retail experience, preferably as a Floor Manager or Senior Sales Executive.

Excellent knowledge of gold, diamond, Polki, and Jadau jewellery.

Strong customer handling and communication skills.

Team management and leadership abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (billing & stock entry).
