Identify and report recurring customer issues and propose potential improvements. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in CRM platforms and basic computer applications (MS Office/Google Workspace). Ability to remain professional, courteous, and composed in high-pressure situations.
