The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction in a timely and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or other communication channels. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and resources. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Work collaboratively with internal departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the highest level of service quality. Identify and report recurring customer issues and propose potential improvements. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Prior experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in CRM platforms and basic computer applications (MS Office/Google Workspace). Ability to remain professional, courteous, and composed in high-pressure situations.
