Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the floor.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for restocking.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Open and/or close the floor area as per operational requirements.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, kitchen, etc.) as needed.
Generate and submit reports on productivity, customer feedback, and staffing.
