Job Description

A floor manager at a diagnostic center oversees daily operations, supervises staff, manages patient flow and experience, maintains cleanliness and safety, ensures regulatory compliance, and handles patient and staff issues, requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Supervision and Management: Manage, train, and evaluate the performance of nursing and support staff, ensuring they adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Patient Flow and Care: Coordinate patient movement and services to ensure a smooth experience, monitor patient care standards, and address patient concerns and complaints.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the floor, including managing equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring adherence to diagnostic center protocols.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all activities comply with healthcare laws, regulations, and facility policies, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with other departments, including reception, nursing, diagnostic labs, and insurance teams, to facilitate efficient patient care and operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Respond to and resolve issues related to patient care, staff performance, and operational inefficiencies.

  • Leadership and Management: Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills to effectively manage staff and operations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations: Familiarity with healthcare compliance, safety regulations, and hospital policies.
  • Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent service and resolve customer issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
