Role Overview: The Gym Floor Manager is responsible for daily supervision of the gym floor, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and a positive member experience. The role involves managing gym staff, assisting members, maintaining equipment, and supporting gym sales and retention efforts. Key Responsibilities: Supervise gym floor operations and ensure member safety. Guide members on proper equipment usage and exercise techniques. Manage gym staff schedules, performance, and discipline. Ensure equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards. Handle member queries and resolve complaints promptly. Support sales of memberships, personal training, and gym programs.
