Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Manager located in Daman. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer service. The role involves training staff, managing operational processes, and ensuring effective communication across departments to meet organizational goals.

• Operations Management and Training experience
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in retail or a similar field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
