• 3–5 years of experience in the Forex industry

• Ability to handle pressure and resolve on-floor issues efficiently
• Experience in handling performance metrics, daily targets, and team coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire floor operations and ensure targets are met
• Motivate, guide, and monitor the performance of floor staff
• Ensure discipline, time management, and operational efficiency
• Serve as the point of contact between upper management and the floor team
• Implement strategies for improved performance and team productivity
