Floor Manager Job Name: Floor Manager Job Role: Manager Industry:Retail/Textiles Job Location:Udaipur (Rajasthan) Experience:4 - 7 year Salary:Best In the industry Education:B.com/ MBA/ BBM About The Role :: Knowledge of latest trends and fashion.Monitor customer interactions.Handling/ Supervising Staff.Handling inventory including purchase and sale transactions. Should have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Textile, Apparel, Retail industry. Retail floor managers monitor the sales floor of a business. They walk the aisles, ask customers if they need assistance, and take inventory. They may also "front" or tidy up the store displays, create new displays and merchandise the goods so that they show the best possible presentation. Floor managers keep an eye out for shoplifters, remove damaged or dirty items, and may call for stock clerks or retail clerks to help with restocking or repricing, as needed. Floor managers may assist customers with finding or lifting items, checking for additional inventory in the storeroom and answering questions about products.
