Job Title: Floor Manager Location: St.Michaels School ,Alwal Job Summary: The Floor Manager will be responsible for maintaining discipline, hygiene, and operational coordination across the school campus. This role requires close supervision of student conduct, facility upkeep, and coordination with housekeeping staff to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment. Key Responsibilities: Ensure discipline is maintained among students during school hours. Monitor and check student attire and grooming as per school policies. Coordinate daily with housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness on all floors. Prevent unauthorized access—ensure parents/visitors do not enter academic floors without permission. Prepare and submit daily reports on student behavior, observations, and maintenance issues. Conduct regular inspections of school premises to ensure safety and hygiene standards. Address minor student concerns promptly and report major issues to higher authorities. Encourage students to maintain cleanliness and proper behavior at all times. Assist during school events, dispersal, and emergency drills. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Prior experience in school or facility management is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Assertive, observant, and proactive in handling day-to-day school operations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and students. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
