About the Role

Anantam is seeking a dynamic Floor Manager to lead our store operations and ensure a premium shopping experience for our clients. As a key part of our leadership team, you’ll manage day-to-day store functions, oversee a team of retail consultants, drive sales performance, and maintain our luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales associates to meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure top-tier customer service by fostering relationships and providing personalized recommendations.
• Sales Performance: Actively drive sales by implementing strategies that enhance both in-store customer experiences and overall store performance.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure accurate inventory, and handle replenishment to maintain store presentation.
• Store Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from visual merchandising to managing customer transactions efficiently.
• Event Execution: Support in-store events, seasonal launches, and client activations.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail with a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy, client-focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
