Cashier and Customer Service

Position: Cashier / Customer Service Representative We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong computer and technical skills, and be comfortable working with billing software (preferably Wizap or similar platforms). This role requires a proactive individual who can handle daily transactions, provide excellent customer service, and assist with backend clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities: Manage billing and invoicing through Wizap software Handle cash and digital payments accurately and efficiently Provide prompt and courteous service to customers at the counter Maintain and update inventory records Support basic clerical and administrative tasks (filing, record-keeping, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams for smooth store operations Requirements: Proficiency in computers and billing software (Wizap knowledge is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service preferred Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Honest, responsible, and dependable If you’re efficient, tech-savvy, and enjoy working in a retail environment, we’d love to hear from you.
