Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exemplary customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Handle returns and exchanges with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate with management to maintain an organized, clean, and aesthetically pleasing checkout area.
• Assist with inventory management by conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Process sales transactions promptly and accurately, ensuring proper handling of credit, debit, and cash payments.
• Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to effectively communicate with customers regarding purchases.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cashier or in a customer service role, preferably in luxury retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail to ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions responsibly.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and enhancing the customer experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
