Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment process for the site, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Execute onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture and processes.
  • Employee Engagement Activities: Develop and implement engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee morale and retention through regular feedback and team-building activities.
  • Capability Building & Goal Setting: Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth; facilitate goal-setting sessions to align individual performance with organizational objectives.
  • Performance Management & Grievance Resolution: Support the performance management process, including recognition and rewards initiatives; act as a mediator for grievance redressal, ensuring fair and timely resolution of employee concerns.
