Key Responsibilities

• Deliver functional and technical training on

  Flexera SNOW License Manager

• Customize training content based on the

  customer’s deployed SNOW environment

• Conduct interactive, instructor-led sessions with hands-on demonstrations
• Update and enhance training materials based on

  customer and participant feedback

• Ensure effective knowledge transfer enabling participants to independently manage SNOW SAM operations
• Address questions, validate understanding, and conduct knowledge checks

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience

  in Software Asset Management (SAM) and SNOW implementations

• Certified Flexera SNOW Trainer

  (mandatory)
• Active certification on

  Flexera SNOW License Manager

• Proven experience delivering

  enterprise-level SAM training

• Strong expertise in:
• SNOW License Manager (SLM)
• License compliance, optimization, and audits
• SAM reporting and dashboards
• Prior experience delivering

  on-site corporate training

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
