. Configure modules Tickets, Projects, Billing, SLAs, Contracts, Timesheets, Finance
. Build workflow automation, escalation logic, triggers, routing setup
. Configure templates, service catalogues, reporting dashboards and permissions
. Conduct requirement discovery and convert into technical configurations
. Analyse existing PSA processes and recommend scalable solution architecture
. Drive best-practice efficiency improvements across workflows
. Build/Support API integrations and connectors with 3rd party tools
. Handle data migration end-to-end mapping, cleansing, import, validation
. Prepare admin manuals, process documents, configuration runbooks
. Conduct UAT cycles, end-user training and handover/KT sessions
. Provide functional support, enhancements & optimisation recommendations
. 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing HaloPSA
. 8+ years total industry experience in IT/PSA/Managed Services domain
. Strong PSA understanding Ticket lifecycle, Billing, Projects, SLAs, Utilization
. Strong communication, documentation & client-facing confidence
. Quality & completeness of implemented configuration
. Timely UAT sign-off and issue-free go-live
. Improved ticket handling efficiency and SLA adherence
. Customer adoption & post-go-live stability
