Fleet Manager

You are seeking a skilled and motivated Fleet Manager for our 2W Electric Vehicle (EV) fleet. As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing the hiring, training, performance, reporting, and analysis of our delivery partners. Your role is critical in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our delivery network. Your key responsibilities will include: - Hiring Delivery Partners: Recruit and onboard qualified delivery partners to ensure a reliable and efficient delivery network. - Training: Develop and implement training programs for new and existing delivery partners to ensure they are well-prepared and knowledgeable about EV operations and safety protocols. - Rider Performance: Monitor and evaluate rider performance, providing feedback and support to ensure high standards are maintained. - Reporting: Generate regular reports on fleet performance, rider efficiency, and operational metrics. - Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization within the fleet. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in fleet management or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is required, and knowledge of electric vehicles and sustainable transportation practices is a plus. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
