If you have a good network of delivery partners across various zones in Mumbai, this is your opportunity to join Indias leading quick commerce logistics platform.
You must be based near Andheri East (Mumbai) or Ghatkopar.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

2-6 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.
Education: Graduate and above
Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
Must have an owners mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
