Job Summary

The Manager-IPA Delivery Mgmt role is pivotal in overseeing the successful implementation of automation solutions within the network domain. With a focus on MS Power Automate the candidate will drive efficiency and innovation in a hybrid work model. This role requires a seasoned professional with 12 to 16 years of experience ensuring seamless delivery and impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the automation projects by leveraging MS Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency within the network domain.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Provide technical expertise in automation and network domains to guide project teams and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in automation and network management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of delivery processes.
Mentor and support team members fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in automation to keep the organization at the forefront of industry advancements.
Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
Report on project status risks and opportunities to senior management providing insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in automation technologies particularly MS Power Automate to drive project success.
Demonstrate strong domain expertise in networks enabling effective management of related projects.
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Showcase a proven track record of delivering complex projects within the specified timelines.
Display strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for advanced certifications in automation or network management.
