Location: Civil Lines, Kanpur (Office-based)
Experience Required: 3–5 years
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our fleet operations. The role involves supervising vehicles, drivers, logistics coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day fleet operations.
• Supervise drivers, assign trips, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain proper records of vehicles, fuel usage, and trips.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, RTO regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients and team members for smooth transportation services.
• Monitor fleet expenses, including fuel, tolls, and maintenance costs.
• Handle breakdowns, route planning, and vehicle scheduling efficiently.
• Ensure timely servicing and maintenance of all vehicles.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on fleet performance and utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet/transport/logistics management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of transport routes, documentation, and compliance.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
