The Fleet Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, manage vehicle maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with relevant DOT regulations, and optimize route planning to maximize efficiency. Additional responsibilities include supervising a team of drivers, monitoring fleet performance, and implementing safety programs to ensure adherence to workplace safety standards. Qualifications Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance requirements Expertise in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management Strong Analytical Skills for operational problem-solving and decision-making Experience in Operations Management, including coordinating logistics and optimizing fleet performance Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage driver teams effectively Proficiency in transportation management systems or related software is an advantage Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation management, or a related field is preferred .
