Company:XP LogisticsRole Descg>riptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Manager, based in Patna. The Fleet Manager will oversee daily fleet operations, manage vehicle maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with relevant DOT regulations, and optimize route planning to maximize efficiency. Additional responsibilities include supervising a team of drivers, monitoring fleet performance, and implementing safety programs to ensure adherence to workplace safety standards.QualificationsKnowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance requirementsExpertise in Fleet Operations and Fleet ManagementStrong Analytical Skills for operational problem-solving and decision-makingExperience in Operations Management, including coordinating logistics and optimizing fleet performanceExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and leadership abilities to manage driver teams effectivelyProficiency in transportation management systems or related software is an advantageBachelor's degree in logistics, transportation management, or a related field is preferred.
