Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Coach, located in Gurugram. The Fleet Coach will be responsible for training delivery personnel, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, monitoring fleet performance, and providing continuous skill development. The individual will also conduct regular assessments, address any operational challenges, and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in training and coaching personnel
• Knowledge of safety and operational standards
• Ability to monitor and assess fleet performance
• Strong problem-solving and implementation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in fleet management or logistics is a plus
