Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Coach located in Panipat. The Fleet Coach will be responsible for training and mentoring delivery partners, ensuring adherence to delivery protocols, and conducting regular performance assessments. The role includes organizing training sessions, addressing delivery partner queries and concerns, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Experience in the delivery or logistics industry is a plus
