Understand the Flavorist role, how it fits into the business & contributes to the bottom line.
Broaden business understanding of other functions; production, quality control, sales & marketing, sensory & consumer insights.
Learn to assess creative position on business projects.
Understand rationale to create, cost to serve & communicating the rationale behind decisions.
Demonstrate ability to work within a team as a team member.
Ablility to operate effectively within Innoverse.
Understand key steps in projects from creation to production.
Build understanding on key communication steps in projects.
Structured learning of raw materials Naturals, (essential oils, extracts etc.) & aroma chemical.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelors degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of similar experience in F lavors or Food & Beverage industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for flavor innovation.
High attention to detail and sensory awareness.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and evolve.
