Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Understand the Flavorist role, how it fits into the business & contributes to the bottom line.
- Broaden business understanding of other functions; production, quality control, sales & marketing, sensory & consumer insights.
- Learn to assess creative position on business projects.
- Understand rationale to create, cost to serve & communicating the rationale behind decisions.
- Demonstrate ability to work within a team as a team member.
- Understand key steps in projects from creation to production.
- Build understanding on key communication steps in projects.
- Structured learning of raw materials – Naturals, (essential oils, extracts etc.) & aroma chemical.
What Makes You The Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of similar experience in Flavors or Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for flavor innovation.
- High attention to detail and sensory awareness.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and evolve.
