Coordinate, conduct and assess the regular in-house and external training for all employees. To investigate and close deviations, First investigation report [FIR] and non-confirmatory reports [NCR]. To perform annual product reviews. To carry any other responsibility as given by seniors/management. To approve all the major, and minor changes in the established quality management system. To ensure the continuous improvement in GMP practice followed in each area.
