Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated B. Pharm Fresher to join our factory team at Navsari, Gujarat. The candidate will be involved in day-to-day operations related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality processes, documentation, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily production activities in accordance with GMP guidelines.

Support manufacturing processes such as granulation, compression, coating, and packaging (as required).

Maintain batch manufacturing records and ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety rules, and regulatory standards.

Participate in training sessions for skill development and process understanding.

Assist in maintaining hygiene and cleanroom discipline across the plant
