Ensure all Reactive calls gets rectified with TAT Store visitation for execution of ticket as per FIFO and ensure all calls gets rectified with TAT Discuss with RC / TM in case on any issue/support Visit the stores as per plan agreed by TM Check the SRMS to attend new tickets if any in that vicinity. Ensure timely approval of element in SRMS Check the market for competition GSB and Fixture installation and capture photos and sharing to RC and TM. Ensure proper store assessment of stores & identification of defects in reactive visits.  Ensure that the issue has been checked thoroughly before raining element approval Ensure correct element is selected in the category Discuss with RC/KAM in case of any deviation Ensure permanent solution to the defect Execution of raised ticket and checking the store for other issues if any and getting ticket logged During the store visit , correctly mapping the activity done i.e. issues observed , closed , no permission etc. in the app itself. Validate any activity required at Store with respective Territory Manager before rectification.  Coordinate with RC/TM and ensure the correct activity is being carried out Discuss with RC/TM in case dealer is highlighting any other issues Report to RC/TM in case of any defects is identified in Samsung fixtures Capture before & after images and discarded element after every rectification activity Ensure that the pictures are captured properly Ensure New elements specs are visible in app Ensure discarded elements is handed over to Dealer Close activities at Store to dealer satisfaction & get acknowledgment on Store assessment & activity details  Getting dealer confirmation on execution of ticket before leaving the store No problem fix status of TKT acceptable.
