About the Role

Fitness manager

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage

    Personal Training (PT) sales

    across the centre
  • Consistently

    achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Ensure timely and effective

    follow-ups with leads and existing members

  • Supervise,

    motivate, and manage the trainer team

    to maintain service excellence
  • Improve

    member engagement and retention strategies

  • Uphold

    high operational standards

    and compliance with

    Cult Fit protocols

  • Collaborate with

    central operations team

    for performance tracking and reporting

Requirements

  • 6-8 years

    of experience in fitness management or related roles
  • Proven track record in

    sales, team leadership, and meeting targets

  • Strong

    communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • A true passion for fitness and a

    customer-first mindset

  • Certification in fitness training or management (preferred)
