Instruct members on safe and effective exercise techniques, posture, and equipment usage. Provide continuous motivation, track progress, and adjust training plans as needed. Conduct one-on-one training sessions as well as group fitness classes. Promote gym services, training packages, and wellness programs to members. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of training areas and equipment. Stay updated on fitness trends, nutrition basics, and innovative training methods. Encourage members to maintain consistency and support them in overcoming challenges. Required Skills & Qualifications Certification in personal training/fitness instruction from a recognized institution (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent). Proven experience as a personal trainer, fitness coach, or similar role (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, strength training, functional training, and nutrition fundamentals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of different age groups and fitness levels. CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
