Job Title: Personal Trainer Location: Bengaluru Company: Gold’s Gym / Cult Fit Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years as a fitness trainer or personal coach Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and certified personal trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. You will be responsible for guiding clients through customised fitness programmes, ensuring proper technique, motivating them to reach their fitness goals, and maintaining a safe and positive training environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one and group personal training sessions Assess clients’ fitness levels and goals, and create customized workout plans Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety Track client progress and adjust programs as needed Provide guidance on lifestyle and nutrition (basic level) Maintain a clean and organized workout space Stay updated with the latest in fitness trends and training methodologies Collaborate with gym staff to promote services and enhance member experience Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal or fitness trainer Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and training techniques Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Mandatory Certifications: (at least one of the following) ACE – American Council on Exercise NASM – National Academy of Sports Medicine ISSA – International Sports Sciences Association NSCA – National Strength and Conditioning Association INFS – Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences K11 School of Fitness Sciences (India) CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred) What We Offer: Competitive compensation and performance incentives Access to world-class gym equipment and facilities Opportunities for growth and certification reimbursement Fun, supportive, and high-energy work environment
