Fitness Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Fitness Manager located in Gurugram. The Fitness Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the fitness center, developing and coordinating group exercise programs, managing personal training services, and ensuring that all fitness programs are effective and safe. The role includes supervising staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring that the facility meets all operational guidelines and quality standards. The Fitness Manager will also collaborate with other departments to promote health and wellness activities and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Exercise and Group Training
• In-depth knowledge of the Fitness Industry and Personal Training
• Understanding of Exercise Physiology and its practical applications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Relevant certifications and a passion for fitness and wellness
• Proven customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus
