Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitness Head located in Gurgaon. The Fitness Head will oversee daily operations of the fitness center, manage staff, design fitness programs, and ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating group classes and workshops, providing personalized training services, and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene within the facility. The Fitness Head would also engage in corporate wellness programs, and manage the marketing and promotional activities of the gymnasium.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness center management, staff coordination, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in designing fitness programs, conducting group classes, and providing personalized training
• Knowledge in nutritional counseling, supplementation guidance, and managing special medical condition programs
• Skills in marketing, sales training, branding, and promotional activities within the fitness industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of safety and hygiene in the fitness center
• Certified fitness trainer or relevant fitness qualifications are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Business Management, or a related field
